Nevro is a medical device company headquartered in Redwood City, California. We have developed HF10 therapy, an innovative, evidence-based neuromodulation platform for the treatment of chronic pain.

Nevro is seeking a Sales Operations Intern who will be assisting the Credit/Accounts Receivable team on accounts receivable related projects, data quality initiatives, and customer facing oriented tasks. There are also opportunities to assist in the creation of a management reporting package highlighting key metrics for communication to executive management and to assist the team in their efforts to further reduce DSO. This position reports to the Credit and Collections Manager.

* Review reports related to sales, customer information, and accounts receivable to remove any redundant information or correct existing records.

* Contact customers to gather necessary information for account cleanup.

* Provide document copies to internal/external clients

* Work cross functionally with the team, Sales Ops and Customer Service to provide better analytics for management.

* Participate in meetings as required.

* Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements

* Current college student working toward a BS or BA in related field, preferably business focused

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines.

* Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision.

* Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues.

* Advanced knowledge of Excel.

* Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
